TransLink Customer Information Extended Hours

With the 2010 Winter Games now less than two weeks away, TransLink’s Customer Information service will be running a marathon of its own.

Customers may get information from a live human 20 hours a day – 5:30am – 1:30am – beginning Feb. 1 and running through Feb. 28. Extra phone lines have been installed and additional staff brought in.

Customer Information – 604-953-3333 – will be able to provide detailed information about TransLink services, including fares, accessible services during the games and trip planning; they will also have contact information for other Olympics-related transportation services such as the Olympic Bus Network, Greyhound, BC Ferries, VANOC Lost Property, et al.

Please note: TransLink Customer Information is not able to take bookings for HandyDART service nor give information about a specific HandyDART ride. (For that information, please call 604-575-6600.)
